Return & Refund Policy
We accept return requests within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligible for Return:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Item does not match the description or photos
- Wrong item was delivered
Not Eligible for Return:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Opened or used products (especially skincare, fragrances, and baby care items)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
How to Request a Return:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery via Email or WhatsApp
- Send clear photos of the product and the issue
- We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item, via the original payment method.
